Paper: Medium-weight paper.
Printing method: This printer uses flat printing. See question 2 on our FAQ page to learn more about the different printing methods.
Ink: Black only.
Typestyles: Available in your choice of typestyles. Use your own text. Click here to see the available typestyles.
Ribbons/Bows and Other Enhancements: A variety of top cards, bows, ribbons, etc. are available. Specify on the order form which of these you would like, and where you would like them placed.
Text: Compose the text. Up to 8 lines included at no additional charge. Each additional line is $5 (for the entire order)
Foreign languages: Announcements can be printed in French, Spanish or Hebrew at no additional charge, except that you are required to get the faxed proof (see below) for your approval.
"Imagitations": The printer can use either an actual photo or a digital file. If you would like to mail us an actual photo, please indicate this in the 'other information' section of the order form and we will give you the mailing address. Please note that the printer will attempt to return all photos, but is not responsible for lost or damaged photos. If submitting a digital photo it must be in JPG or TIF format with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. We will give you the email address to use to send the digital photo when you confirm your order. Please send a portrait photo for a vertical imagitation and a landscape photo for a horizontal imagitation. The printer can convert your color photo to a black and white or sepia imagitation. Proofs are required for all imagitation orders (see below). Please allow three extra days for producing orders with imagitations.
Extra envelopes: 25 for $7.50, plus printing if ordered
Envelope colors: White only.
Envelope linings: Envelope linings are not available.
Envelopes in advance: Envelopes may be ordered in advance as follows:
--for envelopes ordered without printed return address on the flap: $12.
--for envelopes ordered with printed return address on the flap: $12 plus the charge for printing envelope flaps (see SCB price table, above.)
Printer's proof: Printer's proof after order is typeset is available for $12.00. Please be sure to include your fax number in the order form. (If you do not have a fax number, we can email an image file of your proof.)
Reorders: A 25 card minimum is required for all reorders. Reorders are priced as new orders and are billed according to the price sheet above. Be sure to order enough the first time!
Delivery time: To determine your Delivery Time, add your order's Printing Time and your order's Shipping Time, as follows (all times are best estimates and are not guaranteed):
Printing time:
Standard: Printing in 4-8 business days, plus shipping time (see below). Please allow additional time in the busy pre-holiday period. Rush: Delivery in 4-5 business days (includes both printing and shipping time): $50 additional. Note that rush service is not available in November and December.
Shipping:
Location of printer: Your order will be shipped directly to you from the printer's location in Alabama. Ground: varies from 2-10 business days, depending upon how far you are from the printing location. We don't charge you for UPS ground shipping on orders totaling $400 or more. (If the order is less than $400, shipping is $8 per order.) 3 day: $13 and up (varies by weight and distance). 2 day: $20 and up (varies by weight and distance). Overnight: $25 and up (varies by weight and distance) If you want express shipping, check the box on your order form and we'll give you an estimate of the shipping cost before processing your order. See the order form for details. These shipping costs are for deliveries within the continental US. Costs will be greater for deliveries to other destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties of the destination country.
